Fargo, N.D. celebrated its diamond jubilee in 1950. The Fargo Diamond Jubilee Corporation, first met Sept., 1949; celebration was to be held on Fargo's date of incorporation. Corporation was organized by Fargo Chamber of Commerce. George C. Hoench was named general chairman, L.W. Hamm, chairman of Committee on Committees.
